Just 1km from the beach, this Longère is a cosy nest of light and warmth. Not overlooked, you'll enjoy your own private terrace and the large shared lawn. You'll be able to walk along the wild, rocky coastline (GR 34) to admire magnificent landscapes and panoramas: Pointe du Miller, Pointe du Van and Pointe du Raz. You can also explore the region's heritage, including chapels, the Kériolet mill and the towns of Pont Croix and Locronan. During your stay, you'll also be able to take advantage of the season's folklore events: fête des bruyères, Mondial folks, fêtes de Cornouailles etc. Combine the pleasures of the countryside with those of the sea.
Situated 1 km from the Beach, in a charming farmhouse in the Countryside, this vacation cottage is attached to the owner's house, next to another gîte. This Holiday cottage is a cosy little nest, ideal for a couple, and tastefully furnished. On the first floor, you'll enjoy a pleasant living room with an open-plan kitchen and living room featuring a fireplace. You'll enjoy relaxing by the fire after a breath of fresh air by the Sea. A shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with washbasin and a king-size bed for 2 (separable, 180x200), which will be made up on arrival to lighten your luggage load. NAINAIN très bon gîte
Gîte bien équipé, accueil du propriétaire sympathique, le gîte est situé à quelques centaines de mètres de la mer. Excellent pour ceux qui recherche la tranquillité.

I have left earlier, because I was dissapointed about the place and the whole rental situation (2 meters away from the next gite, which is actually opposite and not next to it!) wasn’t made clear in the description of the place. I would have never booked the place, if there would have a picture taken from the garden towards the entrace of the gite, which shows how close all four parties shared a small garden. And a picture of my parking lot, that was two meter away from the outside evening table of the neighbour, so the lights of my car were directed directly into the faces of my neighbours witting outside of their gite on their "terrace" when parking in....the so called terrace was made out of some concrete partly broken plates... the equipment in the kitchen was rather old, the chairs outside unusable and the furniture was uncomfortable. There was no way to ventitale air in the bathrooms and toilettes without windows, so the smell went into the kitchen/sleeping room etc... the landowner was rather unfriendly and almost rude in her two or three sentences she used to show her place. No introduction, no paper to explain anything.
I have been in many rural gites and this deserves may be not even one star.- Cleanliness

Votre avis nous semble infondé, comme le démontrent les avis antérieurs. Dans le descriptif, notre maison est indiquée comme nous étant mitoyenne et à proximité d'un autre gîte. La première photo de l'annonce illustre parfaitement la terrasse avec le claustra, nous ne pouvons pas être plus transparents à ce sujet. La seule critique exacte concerne la panne de VMC, découverte à votre départ, qui aurait été réparée immédiatement si vous nous en aviez informés. C'est maintenant réglé. Bonne continuation.
