The house is located 300 meters from the magnificent bay of Goulven, in a hamlet typical of turn-of-the-century Breton farmhouses, where pleasant strolls are guaranteed. A little further on, 1km away, you can enjoy the magnificent beaches of Keremma. Numerous water sports (sand yachting, windsurfing, kit-surfing, paddleboarding, diving....) are within easy reach. A ten-minute drive will take you to the large Spadium swimming pool in Lesneven, which offers a range of leisure facilities (including a fun aquatic area for the little ones), or to the casino in Plouescat. Places to visit: kerlouan, Brignogan, Keremma, Plouescat, Roscoff, Ille de Batz, Brest Océanopolis, ...

Charming Holiday cottage located in a complex of 4 holiday cottages, close to the owners' house and their vegetable and cattle farm, in a peaceful, authentic setting, close to the D10.
On the first floor, the kitchen opens onto the living room. To modernize the living space while preserving the charm of the old, a large opening connects the living room to the sitting area. You'll also find a comfortable sitting room, a shower room and a toilet.

Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with 1 x 160 × 200 bed. From the roof window, you can even watch the rhythm of the tides.

For your comfort, the Holiday cottage is equipped with high-quality cotton percale bed linen and thick terry towels. Beds made on arrival.

Outside, you'll enjoy a garden and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, ideal for sharing good times over grilled meats.
