On the road between Saint-Renan and the Beach, this former farmhouse was completely renovated in 2025, and includes the owners' house and 4 pretty Holiday cottages for 1 to 4 people. This 2-person Holiday cottage has a ground-floor kitchen opening onto the living room, a shower room with large shower, toilet and vanity unit. Upstairs, a mezzanine with 1 double bed (160x200). Outside, a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol, and a communal garden with petanque court near the goat pen. A shared gravelled courtyard provides parking for your car. Pet welcome (outdoor space not enclosed). A shared outbuilding with board games and table soccer is at your disposal, where you can store your bicycles or water sports equipment. Green'Up socket available for electric vehicles (charging cable not supplied), rate €6/night. Here, the strolls start right from the doorstep, with the goats watching you with curiosity.
