On the road between Saint-Renan and the Beach, this former farmhouse was completely renovated in 2025, and includes the owners' house and 4 pretty Holiday cottages for 1 to 4 people. This 2-person Holiday cottage has a ground-floor kitchen opening onto the living room, a shower room with large shower, toilet and vanity unit. Upstairs, a mezzanine with 1 double bed (160x200). Outside, a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol, and a communal garden with pétanque court near the owners' goat pen. A shared gravelled courtyard provides parking for your car. Green-Up socket available for your electric vehicles (cable not supplied, fixed rate €6/night). Pet welcome (outdoor space not enclosed). A shared outbuilding with board games and table soccer is at your disposal, where you can store your bicycles or water sports equipment. Here, the strolls start right from the doorstep, and the goats watch you with curiosity.
