Surrounded by an enclosed garden, the house boasts a pleasant outdoor area with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue for enjoying sunny days and summer evenings to the full.

Inside, the first floor features a bright living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room with pellet stove. There's also a shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Upstairs, in the attic, you'll find two welcoming bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190) and the other with two single beds (90x200) (with the option of joining them to create a 180x200), plus a toilet.
