This house is located in the small, characterful village of Guerlesquin, in a quiet cul-de-sac with shops within walking distance. Combining old stone charm with contemporary decor, the bright house opens onto the 1500m² garden. The cosy living room features a fully-equipped kitchen where you can enjoy your meals, and a comfortable lounge around the wood-burning stove. The ground floor bedroom has its own private shower room and toilet, and includes 1 double bed (140x190cm). The modern staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find a study area on the landing, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed 140x190cm, and a shower room with toilet. Young and old alike can enjoy the garden, playing ball, reading on the deckchairs or gathering around a barbecue. A ping-pong table and adult bicycles are also available.
