All on one level, at the end of a cul-de-sac, you'll find peace and quiet just 400 m from the first sandy beach and the GR34. In the little port of Argenton, you'll find a bakery/tea room and a bar/tobacco shop. The first restaurant is 800 m away.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The bright living room with TV, WIFI and pellet stove (supplied) gives direct access to the garden.
The two cosy bedrooms have 160 x 200 beds. One bedroom can be converted into two 80 x 200 beds.
