This gîte is 300m from the sea, accessible by a private road, in the heart of Audierne Bay, between the Pointe du raz and the Pointe de la Torche, where you can take full advantage of the many attractions of the seaside while enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside. The 14km-long beach is ideal for sand yachting, kitesurfing, surfing, paddle boarding, windsurfing, swimming and fishing. You'll be ideally located, just 20 minutes from Quimper, Pont l'Abbé, Douarnenez, Audierne, Le Guilvinec and Bénodet.
Come and enjoy a pleasant stay in this gîte, with its fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a bright living room with glass doors leading onto the terrace and 2 windows overlooking the garden. There's also an independent toilet. Upstairs, you'll find an open-plan bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people, and a shower room with a sea view. You'll enjoy a south-facing terrace for sunny lunches and free access to 10,000 m² of meadows.

reginetyves un accueil chaleureux dans un gite douillet
Un bel emplacement pour ce gite cosy dans lequel rien ne manque au milieu d'un jardin partagé par des propriétaires généreux, accueillants et bienveillants; la mer si près qu'elle a bercé nos nuits. Les étangs, les cygnes et une nature sauvage préservée en font un lieu idéal.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Lage ist außerordentlich schön in einem großen Garten gelegen, in dem wir einen geschützten Bereich hatten. Die Nähe zum sehr schönen Strand hat uns täglich erfreut. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher unterbringen und die Wege für Radtouren sind sehr schön und gut für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung geeignet. Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlenswert!

Gîte petit, mais très bien agencé. On s'y sent bien.
Environnement agréable avec beaucoup d'espace et pas de bruits.

Excellent séjour . Maison pleine de charme , au milieu de la campagne , avec vue sur la mer à 300 mètres .
Superbe emplacement pour partir randonner .

Tout d’abord un bon accueil par le propriétaire. Un gîte qui correspond à la description. Calme, confortable, bien équipé. Jolie bâtisse bretonne bien située pour faire de belles visites.
