It's a new house in the countryside but not far from the beaches. The gîte is located in the commune of Moëlan sur Mer in south Finistère, where you'll discover its rias, the small ports of Brigneau and Merrien, and its many beaches. You'll also appreciate the commune's rich heritage, with its many chapels, calvaries, fountains, manor houses and mills. You can also enjoy hiking on the many trails that line the area, following the rivers and coastline (GR34). During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to explore the many attractions in the area, from Clohars-Cornoet to the charming little port of Doëlan, or the board sports of Le Pouldu. Quimperlé, just a few kilometers away, will delight you with its remarkable historical heritage, including the Romanesque abbey church of Sainte-Croix and the Gothic church of Notre dame de l'Assomption.

4km from the Beach, you'll love this new detached house in a cul-de-sac in the Countryside. It features a terrace with awning, garden furniture and sun loungers, an enclosed garden (fenced and gated), deckchairs and barbecue. The interior is bright and airy, with all modern conveniences. On the first floor, a fully-equipped kitchen with bar area opens onto a living room with wood-burning stove and a sitting room. There's also a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), a shower room and a toilet with washbasin. Upstairs, each bedroom has a large closet and TV: you can choose between a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) with balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), a small bedroom with 1 single bed (140x190), and a bathroom with toilet. For your comfort, we make the beds on arrival. A small garage is available for bikes, etc. Private parking.
