The house is 2km from the centre of the seaside resort of Perros-Guirec which is as busy as St Tropez in summer with its harbour, numerous restaurants and shops, fine sandy beaches and boat trips. The fishing harbour and marina are 300m from the gite (possible to buy fish directly from the boats).

5/5Maison dans un cadre de verdure, un quartier très calme, à même pas 10 minutes à pied du port de Perros-Guirec et de boulangeries et nombreux restaurants. Maison très bien équipée, très confortable. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région.
