Beautiful stone house, adjoining another holiday rental separated by a hedge. You'll enjoy 2 south-facing terraces (10 and 15 m²) and a large, child-friendly garden. Situated just 2 km from the center of Perros-Guirec, a seaside resort and tourist destination, comparable to St Tropez in terms of summer traffic, its port with its many restaurants and shops, its sandy beaches and Trestraou, where you can embark for a visit of the Sept-Iles by speedboat.
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: living room, sitting area and open kitchen, bathroom with bath and toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom for 3 with 1 bed 160X200 and 1 bed 90X190, 1 bedroom for 2 with 1 bed 140X190 and a third bedroom with a 90cm bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Éric Merveilleux séjour
Le gite est fidèle au descriptif. Il est bien équipé, spacieux et confortable. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien.
Le seul petit bémol était l'entretien des extérieurs mais suite aux nombreuses tempêtes hivernales cela est excusable.

Gîte confortable, calme, situé à deux minutes (à pied) du port de plaisance et des commerçants. De plus une région magnifique où les balades peuvent se succéder sans prendre la voiture (ou presque pas).

Tchoupia Villa Les Galets en septembre
Séjour très agréable dans cette belle maison bretonne où nous avons été accueillis par la charmante propriétaire Christine qui nous a conseillé pour nos escapades et nos emplettes; nous avons également profité avec notre chien du grand jardin et des terrasses malgré un temps variable! Beaucoup de balades sur cette côte de granit rose, les îles, des paysages enchanteurs! Que la Bretagne est belle!

Mixie charmante maison
malgré un temps mitigé, maison confortable ou il ne manque rien. Très calme, près du port et des commerces. Bonne literie. Grand terrain idéal pour nos chiens.

La situation géographique du gîte à Perros correspondait tout à fait à ce que nous recherchions, au calme entouré de verdure et de fleurs et proche commerces.
Les propriétaires du gîte sont très accueillants et disponibles.
