Beautiful stone house, adjoining another holiday rental separated by a hedge. You'll enjoy 2 south-facing terraces (10 and 15 m²) and a large, child-friendly garden. Situated just 2 km from the center of Perros-Guirec, a seaside resort and tourist destination, comparable to St Tropez in terms of summer traffic, its port with its many restaurants and shops, its sandy beaches and Trestraou, where you can embark for a visit of the Sept-Iles by speedboat.
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: living room, sitting area and open kitchen, bathroom with bath and toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom for 3 with 1 bed 160X200 and 1 bed 90X190, 1 bedroom for 2 with 1 bed 140X190 and a third bedroom with a 90cm bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Elodie Gîte parfait en famille
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Perros-Guirec dans ce gîte spacieux et très bien équipé. C'était un plaisir d'échanger avec la propriétaire qui a tout fait pour que le séjour se passe au mieux (très disponible pour notre arrivée, ajout d'un lit pour notre nièce qui n'était pas prévu au départ). Le jardin est superbe et la côte de granit rose a enchanté les grands comme les petits.

Les Angevins Une super semaine
Semaine tip/top dans un gîte très propre, bonne literie et grande disponibilité de la propriétaire .

Bambou Gîte agréable
Gîte agréable, confortable, situé tout près du port. Possibilité de faire les courses à pied. Le jardin est très beau.
