Hall, large 70 m² living room with superb sea view, fireplace (1st flambée offered) fitted kitchen communicating with a bar area, 1 master suite (bed 160x200) with private shower room, separate toilet. From the entrance, a 1st staircase leads to 3 bedrooms, each furnished with (2 beds 80x200) which can be twinned to form a bed 160x200. A shower room with separate toilet and a bathroom with bathtub.
First floor:
From the living room, a 2nd staircase leads to a landing converted into a reading area and 2 bedrooms, each furnished with (2 beds 80x200 which can be twinned into 1 bed 160x200), shower room and wc . When booking and before your arrival, please specify the desired sleeping arrangements. Laundry room.

Magnifique séjour en famille à la Villa Caroline. Parents, Enfants et petits-enfants ont tous appréciés, aussi bien l'intérieur spacieux, qualitatif, comfortable et fonctionnel, que la terrasse magique avec son spa et sa vue mer remarquable. La plage de Pors Mabo alliant sable et rochers a ravi tout le monde. Par ailleurs emplacement idéal au calme pour aller à la découverte de la côte de granit rose.

mvm Fantastic family holiday house
The villa is located in an unique spot, just steps down to a small beach, connecting to other beautiful sandy beaches. All kinds of water sports nearby. The house is super well equipped, everything is thought of, nothing is missing. Beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms, terrace and hot tub. Surrounded by a large well-kept garden. Plenty of privacy. A few minutes by car from the village with supermarket, bakery etc. The kitchen was a dream. The view from the terrace and the living and dining rooms was breathtaking. Absolutely recommended!

Fou de Bassan Très belle vue sur mer
Gîte très bien situé avec une très belle vue sur mer depuis la terrasse. Le grand terrain contribue à la tranquillité. La proximité du centre ville permet de faire les approvisionnements facilement et rapidement. L'accès rue est assez grand pour y stationner 5 à 6 véhicules. Les chambres sont confortables et la literie de très bonne qualité. La cuisine est spacieuse et bien équipée.
Nous étions 12 adultes et nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
Pour les mordus de plage, elle est située à 400 m mais avec un dénivelé important d'environ 70 m. Le retour au gîte est un peu sportif mais c'est aussi grâce à ce dénivelé que la vue est aussi très spectaculaire.- Cleanliness

Tout était parfait ! idéalement située la maison est juste exceptionnelle, la vue y est superbe et il y a beaucoup de choses à découvrir aux alentours. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! un grand merci !
