Oh la la! What a beautiful little Holiday cottage with the feel of a luxury apartment in a rural area of the Countryside by the Sea. Stéphane, in charge of the works, and Patricia, in charge of the decoration, have taken great pleasure in preparing a vacation rental just the way we like it, where everything is included and nothing is missing, with the added attention to detail.
Sports enthusiasts and the curious? there's no need to travel far: the super Accrobranche Park in Lantic is 1.5 km away, and the Trégomeur Zooparc specializing in Asia is 3 km away!
Feeling the call of the Sea? After 4.5 km, you can hit the sand and make a splash in Binic, a city renowned for being a true concentrate of Brittany: port, beaches, tourist shops, a variety of restaurants, plenty of entertainment and numerous festivals.
As for Saint Quay Portrieux, 8.5 km away, we go there for its resort charm, its Casino and its blue and yellow benches in front of the Sea.
And why not take a stroll through the small town of Chatelaudren, 12 km away?
Your vacation apartment on the 1st floor comprises :
- a living room/kitchen opening onto a 10 m² wooden terrace (electric plancha),
- bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200,
- a bathroom with shower and washbasin,
- separate toilet.
Independent access from the ground floor with a stairwell leading outside, where you can hang or store your belongings, stroller or bikes, or recharge your bike batteries.
At the foot of the door: a private gravel parking area.
The owners just have storage sheds underneath the dwelling. They simply share a gable.
Electric recharging is available at extra cost, payable directly to the owner.

Enfants du pays tous les deux, Patricia et Stéphane ont tout fait pour réaliser sur leur belle propriété une location saisonnière pleine de charme avec leur accueil en prime ! Patricia, ancienne coiffeuse, retrouve ici le plaisir de l'échange, alors que Stéphane a tiré profit, même dans les détails et finitions, de son savoir faire de professeur de menuiserie. Le résultat est simplement génial.

Dauphinois Agréable séjour breton
Gîte très confortable joliment décoré. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil de la propriétaire et ses attentions (cidre et far breton de bienvenue). Il est situé à la campagne, au calme mais toutefois proche du bord de mer et des voies d’accès à tous les sites touristiques des côtes d’armor. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Accueil très sympathique avec un excellent far breton. Gîte très bien équipé, comme à la maison, très bien situé pour visiter la région, à 5 mn de la mer. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Véritable petit nid douillet conforme à la description des propriétaires. Des propriétaires excessivement sympathiques, serviables et discrets (ils habitent à côté). Par ailleurs l'appartement est joliment décoré et dispose d'une batterie de cuisine incroyable ce qui n'est pas négligeable lorsqu'on aime cuisiner. Enfin la literie est de très bonne qualité (plûtot rare dans une location de vacances) ce qui est aussi très appréciable. Bref, je recommande vivement et je donne 5 étoiles au Ty Triane. Foncez-y !!!

RobinZ Beau sejour en baie de St Brieuc
Ambiance appartement parisien décoré par une architecte d’intérieur, très calme et bien placé pour rayonner de Paimpol a Erquy. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et laissent toute autonomie.
Visite en septembre 2025, le logement est totalement neuf, la literie et le canapé impeccables pour se reposer après de longues balades le long des côtes.
Si vous avez le temps, faites un passage au Zooparc de Tregomeur juste a côté pour ceux qui aiment il est vraiment très bien !
