Very pretty little fisherman's cottage in the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose, in Trébeurden, where you immediately feel at home. This typical, well-equipped stone cottage is just 500 m from the sea. The garden and terraces around the house are ideal for outdoor activities. Close to shops and the village, you'll also have access to numerous water sports and seaside activities, not to mention hiking (GR34 at 280 m), thalasso, aquarium, Parc du Radôme, golf, accrobranche, ...and of course numerous sandy beaches! Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: a pretty living room with 1 step to access the kitchen area (Dolce Gusto pod machine, wood-burning stove), 1 step to access the shower room (with shower and toilet area) giving access to the first floor bedroom with1 160x200 bed, opening onto a private terrace. From this bedroom, a small staircase leads to a small relaxing area under the roof. From the living room, a staircase leads to a relaxation room for reading, games and rest. South-facing veranda with sitting area and sink/laundry area. A choice of 3 terraces depending on the amount of sunshine during the day. 500 m² garden surrounding the house. Large shed available for bikes or other equipment.
