Welcome to the Gîte de Ty Perrine, between the historic town of Lannion, the sea (Beg Leguer beach 5 km away), and the exceptional sites of the Côte de Granit Rose, you'll be in the heart of a small, typically Breton village. This detached house, entirely renovated inside, will welcome you in a soft and serene atmosphere, a real inner haven of peace, created by Karine and Thierry. Less than 5 km away: walks along the Leguer river, Parc du Râdome in Pleumeur Bodou (planetarium, telecoms museum, Gallic village, accrobranche,...). 7 km away: Trébeurden (port, beaches, Ile Miliau, Quellen marshes, Pointe de Bihit, etc.). Perros Guirec and PLoumanac'h only 11 km away.

Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: a large living room with kitchenette (TNT TV, Hifi, DVD), a shower room with walk-in shower, a toilet, a utility/storage room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160cm . and 2 single beds). Complete baby equipment on request. 500 m² grounds. Gas heating.

    Gite au calme

    Gite indépendant conforme à la description, avec tout le confort souhaité pour nous permettre de passer un excellent séjour (grand espace de vie, grandes chambres, extérieur appréciable où l'on peut stationner la voiture avec portail fermé). Situation au top pour visiter la région (sites touristiques à 15 à 30 mn). Et accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au gite TY PERRINE.
