At the entrance to a small housing estate, in a cul-de-sac, this vacation rental is ideal for enjoying your vacation in Perros-Guirec, the famous seaside resort on the Pink Granite Coast. The gite is 300 m from the marina. The nearby sea offers a variety of opportunities for walks along the coast. You'll be 2.7 km from Trestraou beach, with its shops, restaurants and casino, which will be completely rebuilt in 2022, as well as the new thalasso therapy center, which will open in 2022, and the 7 Islands tour boats. The town center is 1.4 km away, with all its shops, restaurants and bars. The Forum de Trégastel is 8.6 km away (seawater aquatic complex heated to 30° - relaxation and wellness area and cardio-fitness room). The owners will be delighted to provide you with all the tourist information you need, and to guide you in your choice of activities and visits, of which there are many!

Your vacation rental is organized on two levels.

First floor:
Entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto the living room (TV connected to the Orange bouquet via the Internet, TV connected to TNT SAT via satellite dish and Bluetooth speaker), shower room with walk-in shower, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and storage shelves.

First floor:
2 bedrooms with 1 bed 160x200 and 2 beds 90x200. 1 WC with washbasin between the two bedrooms.

Exterior:
30 m² wooden terrace at the rear of the Holiday cottage with gas hob, garden furniture, dining table, herb planter available and a garden box containing outdoor games for Kids and adults (garden and Beach). 177 m² enclosed lawn and 55 m² courtyard/parking area in front of the Holiday cottage, with parking for 2 cars.

For electric cars:
this accommodation does not allow electric vehicle recharging, but there are public recharging points less than 200m from the Holiday cottage.
