Semi-detached from the owners' future house, with no opposite, where your privacy will be respected. Independent entrance and private parking. 350 m from Pors Rand beach, a small family beach with very fine sand, located at the head of the bay, 500 m from the Sillon de Talbert (a rather exceptional geological curiosity), with a lovely view of the Héaux de Bréhat lighthouse. Spend a day discovering the Ile de Bréhat, reserved exclusively for cyclists and walkers, and embark at the Pointe de l'Arcouest, 21 km from the gîte, for a 10-minute crossing. (Reservations recommended in summer).
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, sitting room with pellet stove for heating, shower room (accessible to people with reduced mobility) with shower and toilet. Upstairs: 2 small bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine, with 2 140x190 beds, separate toilet. Private parking and room for bicycles or sailboards, etc. Terrace overlooking a lovely 300 m² enclosed lawn.

MieJo séjour calme proche mer
Très bon accueil, nous avons un petit cadeau de bienvenu. Logement propre, bien éclairé et proche de la mer...nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait d'avoir un logement bien équipé et surtout en quantité. Il y a plein de bel choses à découvrir dans un rayon tout a fait raisonnable.

shaynes Really lovely gite in beautiful location
We had a fabulous week at the end of August in this excellent gite. The owners were extremely welcoming and helpful, and we appreciated the welcome gift. The gite had everything you could need - the kitchen was very well-equipped and everything was spotlessly clean. The fenced garden space was perfect as we could let our dog run around without the worry of her escaping. Everything was 5* and we only gave comfort 4 stars because the bed was slightly uncomfortable: we only realised right at the end of the week that we should have used the other bedroom! The gite was about 3 minutes walk from the beach and coast path, and we could walk to several different restaurants, a boulangerie, a shop and a friendly bar. We had good meals in Avel Zo, Bigouden Blues, the Bar a Huitres and the restaurant at the Domaine de Laneros campsite. We walked to all of these restaurants, and some of them were reached by lovely routes along the coast path. The coastline was absolutely gorgeous and there were so many lovely walks. You can't take your dog on Pors Rand beach but you can easily walk to neighbouring beaches where dogs are allowed. Our best day out was Ile de Brehat - completely stunning and well worth a visit. The boat tour of the island is also lovely. All in all, we had a superb week, staying in a lovely and well-equipped gite with friendly owners, and along a beautiful coastline. Thank you - we'd love to return!

Les hôtes sont un couple très charmant et accueillant (cadeau de bienvenue des gâteaux bretons et une bouteille de cidre). Les chiens sont acceptés ce qui devient de plus en plus rare. Le logement est confortable très bien équipé pour passer un super séjour. Merci pour votre accueil.

Le gîte est très propre et bien organisé. Il ne manque rien. Il y avait même la petite gamelle pour notre toutou.
Le site est très calme, reposant et juste en bord de mer.
Il y a tout ce qu'il faut en commerces à proximité.
Et une gentille attention nous attendait à notre arrivée.

Claire Super séjour
Séjour très agréable à deux pas de la plage. Parfait pour notre fille de 1 an et demi. Sur place , la pelouse et la terrasse ont été très appréciées , avec les jeux gentiment mis à disposition par les propriétaires. Dedans, le gîte est confortable et bien équipé , dans une rue très calme. La salle de bain hyper spacieuse est un vrai plus. Un grand merci à M. et Mme Arzul pour leur accueil et leurs petites attentions tout au long du séjour. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances.
