Welcome to this beautiful stone house, semi-detached to a third, located on the heights of Lézardrieux. You'll be 100 m from the town center and all amenities, and 300 m from the Marina. During your stay, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to sightseeing... You'll be able to explore this wild peninsula and discover the small beaches along the Trieux river. Just 5 km away, you'll find the charming corsair town of Paimpol... Come and stroll along the quays of its lively port. Fancy a trip to an island? Then head for the Arcouest pier (10 km), in the direction of Brehat and its archipelago. You may also like to explore Kermouster (5.6 km), an old fishing village overlooking the Trieux estuary. The Sillon de Talbert (11.5 km), the Château de la Roche Jagu (8 km) and the Cité de Caractère de Tréguier with its half-timbered houses (9 km) are also well worth a visit.
Your vacation rental comprises: Ground floor: kitchen, living room, down a step: sitting room, shower room and toilet. First floor: two attic bedrooms (2 beds 140x190), toilet with washbasin Outside: private enclosed grounds with two wooden terraces (30 m² in total) and a 15 m² courtyard. Parking on the street or in one of the two parking lots 100 m from the Holiday cottage (free parking).

Très belle terrasse privatisée, bien orientée pour bénéficier du soleil.

Très jolie maison bretonne, bien aménagée et non visible de la rue ( possibilité de ranger vélos, surf ou autres articles de sport sur la terrasse)
Bonne boulangerie et pâtisserie accessible à pied

Famille Bernard Au top !
Une chouette semaine passée à Lézardrieux. On y retrouve tout à proximité (boulangerie/boucherie/bar tabac presse/supérette). Tout se fait à pied. Le port est à 2minutes. Nous remercions madame Lhotellier pour son accueil chaleureux. Le logement est comme sur les photos, lumineux et joliment décoré. L’extérieur est agréable, un coin repas et un coin détente, le tout bien clôturé.
A faire aux alentours: le château de La Roche Jagu (visite extérieure et intérieure)/ le sillon de Talbert et sa plage idéale pour la chasse aux crabes/ l’île de Brehat/ Guingamp.
Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce gîte !
