In the small hamlet of Ville Morel, this small stone house with blue shutters is a charming base for exploring the Côte de Goélo. Comfortably installed, you'll enjoy relaxing in the spacious living room. The colorful garden offers a pleasant, sheltered place to relax. The surroundings are restful, but if you like a lively atmosphere, you'll quickly reach Binic: less than 3 km away, bars, restaurants and stores line the quays of this well-known resort, appreciated for its fine sandy beaches: La Banche, at the entrance to Binic, and the more intimate Avant Port. You'll love walking along the quays to the Penthièvre jetty, a beautiful 350 m-long wall. The resort of Etables-sur-Mer also boasts some lovely beaches: the Godelins beach with its pretty beach huts and diving board, and the surrounding streets with their 1900s-style villas. 20 km from St-Brieuc.

a large mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190.
