Charming little house located 800 m from the village of Louannec, a small town on the Pink Granite Coast.
From the gite, you can take advantage of a multitude of activities, each as varied as the next: the beach for swimming and lounging less than 2km away (Penn an Hent Névez beach), the sailing school (open in July and August), boat cruises to the 7 islands archipelago...
You can also discover the picturesque village of Ploumanach along the customs path!
One of the region's most beautiful walks, not to be missed!
And don't forget Port Blanc in Penvenan, with its crystal-clear waters and exposed rocks at low tide.

Your vacation rental is organized on three levels.
- First floor: a fitted kitchen opening onto a living room, a laundry/storage room and a shower room with toilet.
- 1st floor: two bedrooms with 1 x 160x200 bed and 1 x 140x190 bed, and a bathroom with toilet on the landing.
- 2nd floor: two bedrooms, each with a 90x190 bed.

- Outside:
small enclosed garden with lawn area, terrace and storage chalet.

- Car parking: reserved space along the gable of the house. Other parking available less than 100m from the house.

Situated on a road with little traffic.
