Armelle's birthplace has been superbly renovated to welcome you for the vacations. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The interior combines comfort and Breton style. This haven of peace, on the heights of Plestin, is remarkably well located: you'll find all the shops you need in the village. On Sunday mornings, treat yourself to fresh produce at the well-stocked Market. The superb Corniche Beach is a 5-minute drive away. St Efflam Beach and its sailing club are a 10-minute drive away. And, after a day full of discovery, you can relax on the terrace surrounded by greenery.

First floor accessed by a few steps: living room, fitted kitchen and sitting room with pellet stove (one bag of pellets offered per week), laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer accessed by a step.
1st floor: small reading area, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160X200), private bathroom with shower, and private WC.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom for 3 people accessible by a miller's staircase with ramp (1 bed 140X190 and 1 bed 90X190) with private WC, bathroom with shower + bath.
Outside: 25 m² terrace, large courtyard and 3000 m² grounds.
The Holiday cottage has fiber optics.
