At the end of a cul-de-sac in a residential area, a beautiful property comprising the owners' holiday home and, next door, this recent, independent and pleasant gîte. The advantage of this gîte is its privileged location: you can walk to the Ruet beach, just 300 m away. A stay punctuated by the pleasures of the beach and the discovery of this magnificent region, with Lancieux, Saint-Cast le Guildo 15 km away and St-Malo 20 km away.
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: entrance hall, living room (flat-screen TV and home cinema = cinephiles will appreciate...), small fitted kitchen area, bedroom (2 twin beds 90x200), bathroom accessible for people with reduced mobility (walk-in shower and toilet). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: one with washbasin (1 double bed), the other (1 single bed 80x190), bathroom (bath) and wc. In the courtyard: table tennis and table soccer. 30 m2 terrace and 600 m² private grounds.

Diana A lovely venue
We really enjoyed being so close (only 5 mins walk) to a lovely beach and great coastal walks. The house is well furnished and very quiet. The village of St Jacut is full of character. The tiny kitchen was fine for the three of us but would not be easy for a family of 6 .

ASC En déplacement professionnel
