Everything here is designed to delight the holidaymaker. Located 800 m from the sea, this gîte is adjoined to other houses in a quiet neighborhood on the heights of the town, separated by walls with a private enclosed area at the front of the house. Sylviane and François, whose property is in the family, have taken it upon themselves to renovate the house and share it with Gîtes de France customers. There's a shopping center 1 km away, an aquatic center and sea outings from the port of Binic 1.2 km away. The resort of Binic is an ideal stopover in Brittany, with its port in the heart of the town, its sandy beaches, its natural areas, its nautical center, its hiking and mountain-biking trails and its many events and festivals... Discover also the seaside resort of St-Quay-Portrieux, its Golf course -Les Ajoncs d'or- 8 km away, including its casino.
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and small relaxation area, shower room with shower and closed toilet. On the first floor: 1 bedroom (with television) for 2 people (1 bed 140x190) and 1 cabin with bunk bed for 1 Kids. Cot and high chair available. South-facing landscaped courtyard/garden with: 15 m² terrace area and 30 m² artificial lawn, all enclosed. Parking in the small street in front of the cottage.

Crepidule22 Séjour en toute tranquillité
Séjour d'une semaine dans un quartier extrêmement tranquille. Très très bon accueil. Le petit jardinet est joliment agrémenté et quand il y fait beau c'est très plaisant car abrité du vent. L'intérieur est coquet, correct pour accueillir 1 ou 2 personnes...au delà un peu juste s'il ne fait pas beau, car la pièce principale n'a que 2 fauteuils et fait plus office de cuisine.
La chambre est spacieuse, très bon matelas.
Bref, hébergement sympathique. Seul bémol, la gestion des poubelles. Je suis repartie avec les miennes : j'ai jeté mon sac gris dans une poubelle du parking d'hyper U et le sac jaune .. à côté de chez moi... (Cimetière impossible pas les bons containers) Car au final pas de points de collecte proches et c'est une des rares locations que j'ai faite où l'on vous demande de repartir avec vos detritus malgré un passage des rippers le lundi. On peut, je pense, sortir et rentrer le container à poubelles c'est quand même moins compliqué....- Cleanliness

Mica Ruhige und gut ausgestattete gite in günstige Lage
Mit Navi die Adresse zu finden war kein Problem. Die Mme Nathalie( spricht nur französisch)hat uns in Vorfeld kontaktiert und uns vor Ort den Schlüssel übergeben. Das Häuschen ist groß genug für 2 erwachsene und Kinder oder Hund, im Haus befindet sich alles aber wirklich alles was man braucht,nur Lebensmittel kaufen in Super U was zu Fuß erreichbar ist und sich wohlfühlen lassen. Der Strand ist auch nicht weit, man muss nur wissen wo die Wege dahin zu finden sind. Wenn man französisch kann erfährt es sehr schnell. Man muss sich nur im klaren sein daß man oben auf eine Klippe ist und unten die Strände sind. Parkplätze sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden, kein vor der Tür! Das Bett ist sehr bequem allerdings nicht für größere Männer gemacht! Französisch halt! Wer viel spazieren gehen will hat viele Möglichkeiten vor Ort. Essengehen ist auch in der Nähe möglich, binic port bittet genügend Restaurants. Wetter ist unbeständig also Schirm und Regen Sachen mitbringen ! Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Ein sehr schöner Ort in Bretagne mit sehr schöner Umgebung wo es einige zu Entdecken ist vor allem die Hafen Städtchen!

A beautiful stone house in a calm street, within walking distance from the beaches as well as from Binic centre. Well equipped kitchen. Close to the supermarket, the bakery etc.
We enjoyed our stay very much - especially sitting in the garden!
We were lucky we had lots of sun. A standard lamp next to the armchairs would be useful for reading in the evening or during rainier days ...- Cleanliness
