Close to Lac de Guerlédan and the Quénécan forest, renovated house with private entrance, located near the owners' house and 3 other gîtes, in the countryside in a flowery setting with pond (fenced), 4 ha grounds, bordering a stream. 2 km from the village of Laniscat, 8 km from Lac de Guerlédan and Quénécan forest. Only 1 pet allowed.
Your vacation rental comprises first floor: living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, wc. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Small private terrace. Washing machine and dryer shared with 2 other gîtes. Horse pasture: €4/day.

Suhelen Au calme
Super accueil du propriétaire petit gîte idéal pour être au calme.cuisine et salle d eau très petites même pour 2 personnes . Le propriétaire très à l écoute : il nous manquait des torchons de vaisselle et de suite il nous en a ramené.

Sejour en tout point parfait. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux . Le gîte était très confortable , propre et fonctionnel dans un cadre superbe, au calme et très bien entretenu.Nous y sommes allés avec notre chien qui a grandement apprécié les pelouses et la fraîcheur. La situation géographique permet de visiter facilement cette magnifique région. BON REPOS porte bien son nom! Nous reviendrons c' est certain!

Marie-Loic Calme et confortable
Ce gîte est dans un emplacement très calme et agréable en pleine campagne sans vis à vis, avec l'équipement nécessaire pour passer de belles vacances. La proximité du Lac de Guerlédan est un atout car les balades ou randonnées sont nombreuses.

Keith Comfortable house in attractive setting
We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Our use of the exterior was limited due to the poor weather, but that can't be controlled! The owner is very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.
