In a dead-end street, semi-detached Breton house. The gîte is 2km from the village, 4km from Lannion and the beaches of Beg Léguer. Trebeurden seaside resort is 5km away (diving center, marina). Perrons Guirec 10km away, sea and river fishing, 14 mountain bike trails and the customs trail (GR34) will help you discover the Pink Granite Coast and the little port of Ploumanach, voted France's favorite village in 2015.
Your vacation rental includes on the first floor: a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a living room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet, all accessible by a step. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140x190 cm, 2 beds 90x190. Enclosed private courtyard at the front of the house. Private garden of 250m2 to the rear of the Holiday cottage. Private parking adjacent to Holiday cottage.

Marie gite agréable
Gite ne manquant pas de charme , nous avons été très bien accueillis , madame Cyne est toujours disponible . Ce gite est très bien situé par rapport aux sites à visiter .En cuisine , rien ne manque.

Simple voyageur Mai 2025
Gîte très agréable joliment décoré avec une cuisine bien équipée disposant de tous les ustensiles nécessaires et d'une vaisselle variée et neuve. Extérieurs soignés et fleuris.

Hervé Excellent sejour
Gite idéalement situé, à quelques minutes en voiture de tout : plages, commerces, centre de Lannion, etc et pourtant bénéficiant d'un grand calme. Déco charmante dans l'esprit de la région, équipement complet, rien ne manque, jardin qui doit être superbe à la période des agapanthes et hortensias. Wi-Fi et réception TV très bonne.
