What could be better than staying in the heart of the village of Ploumanach, voted France's favorite village in 2015? Situated just 200m from the sea and St Guirec beach, this century-old house lets you enjoy the jewels of the Pink Granite Coast and the customs path just a 2-minute walk away. Swim in waters whose colors vary according to the weather, from turquoise to deep blue. Numerous shops and restaurants nearby. Perros Guirec 4 km, Lannion 14 km.
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: a living room with its wood-burning stove, a fitted and equipped kitchen, and in an extension, a bedroom (one 140cm bed), a bathroom with shower and WC. Upstairs extension: bedroom (2 x 90cm beds).
On the first floor of the house: two bedrooms (with 140cm beds), WC with washbasin, and dressing room. 120 m² courtyard for vehicle parking, 70 m² garden with 9 m² terrace. Small 6 m² veranda at the entrance to the house.

Très bon séjour, emplacement du gîte à proximité du centre et de la plage (300m). Places de parking dans la propriété très apprécié car les places de stationnement dans Ploumanach sont limitées.

Gîte bien placé dans Ploumanach même s'il n'y a pas de commerce alimentaire dans le village), bien équipé.

Location idéalement placée à Ploumanac'h, quelle chance de pouvoir stationner jusqu'à 3 voitures, car le stationnement est très difficile dans ce village. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, si un problème survient dans la maison, il est très vite résolu. Rien ne manque, tout est très bien expliqué dès votre arrivée. Un grand MERCI à M. LEPIERRES pour sa salade, et son jus de pommes qui est délicieux.

Véro Séjour à ty aimé début septembre
Gite propre et bien équipé. Proche bord de mer et tous commerces. Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui nous a beaucoup appris sur les lieux. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans un cadre magnifique.
