You'll discover the beautiful longère housing several Holiday cottages: The Holiday cottage Trégor is located at one end of the property, not overlooked, but right next to the Wellbeing area and swimming pool. It can accommodate two people. The interior is pleasantly furnished. You'll enjoy a private, south-facing, well-sheltered terrace. If you're a convivial type, you'll have access to the property's communal areas, where you can relax and unwind. But the highlight of this property is its covered, heated swimming pool, open all year round for total relaxation! 3.6 km from the center of Yffiniac, with all shops, 9.5 km from the beaches of Hillion, 1.1 km from the Yffiniac Racetrack, 12 km from Saint-Brieuc, 21 km from the beautiful seaside resort of Val André.

The Domaine features a large 12m x 4m swimming pool, covered and heated to between 27 and 29 degrees Celsius.
Opening hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. from early April to early November, and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. from early November to early April.
The Piscine is open every day during the high season. In low season, the Piscine will be closed: from 23/11 to 20/12/25 and from 04/01 to 13/02/26.
