On a 1500 m² property, spacious detached house, located close to a farm, only 4 km from the beach of St-Efflam, one of the largest in the department, which is impressive at low tide. It stands out as one of Brittany's most emblematic locations for sand yachting. Every year, the bay plays host to the Vent de Grève festival, a not-to-be-missed event for kite flyers from all over the world. Don't miss the Saint-Efflam horse races every summer, a unique event on this ephemeral racecourse. After your visit, you'll be able to relax to the full by taking advantage of the SPA available just for you! Ideal for exploring the Pink Granite Coast from St Michel en Grèves to Perros-Guirec.

Cette belle maison bretonne aménagée avec goût et bien entretenue est très agréable à vivre. Un grand bravo pour la propreté vraiment impeccable !!!
Nous y avons passé 15 jours avec nos enfants et nous y serions restés plus longtemps si nous avions pu.
Elle est située au calme, dans un cadre verdoyant et à proximité des plages et des commodités.
Les équipements sont de qualité. La literie est très confortable. Nous avons appréciés que le linge de lit et de bain soient fournis.
La jardin est spacieux et les hortensias à l'entrée sont vraiment magnifiques en pleine floraison. Une bonne adresse pour passer de belles vacances !- Cleanliness

Nous remercions très sincèrement Madame Queguiner pour son accueil, sa disponibilité, sa compréhension et ses bons conseils pour visiter la région. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les attentions délicates pour nous accueillir, le SPA et le calme. Le gîte est très propre, lumineux et bien équipé. Il est tout à fait adapté
pour 6 à 8 personnes. Les pièces de vie sont très agréables.Et le gîte est très bien situé pour découvrir la région.
