On a 1500 m² property, spacious detached house, located close to a farm, only 4 km from the beach of St-Efflam, one of the largest in the department, which is impressive at low tide. It stands out as one of Brittany's most emblematic locations for sand yachting. Every year, the bay plays host to the Vent de Grève festival, a not-to-be-missed event for kite flyers from all over the world. Don't miss the Saint-Efflam horse races every summer, a unique event on this ephemeral racecourse. After your visit, you'll be able to relax to the full by taking advantage of the SPA available just for you! Ideal for exploring the Pink Granite Coast from St Michel en Grèves to Perros-Guirec.

Nous remercions très sincèrement Madame Queguiner pour son accueil, sa disponibilité, sa compréhension et ses bons conseils pour visiter la région. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les attentions délicates pour nous accueillir, le SPA et le calme. Le gîte est très propre, lumineux et bien équipé. Il est tout à fait adapté
pour 6 à 8 personnes. Les pièces de vie sont très agréables.Et le gîte est très bien situé pour découvrir la région.

Du 31/10 au 10/11 Excellent séjour
Tt d abord il faut souligner l extrême gentillesse et la disponibilité de la propriétaire du gîte, pour qui, le bon déroulement de votre séjour sera une priorité. Des petites gourmandises de bienvenue étaient là pour nous accueillir. Merci encore. Le gîte est très spacieux et confortable. Tt est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. Très propre, vraiment appréciable. Très calme. Jacuzzi très agréable. Bonne literie, linge de lit de très belle qualité, tout est fourni serviettes, torchons...Situation géographique idéale pour aller ds les cotes d armor et dans le Finistère. Lannion et morlaix sont seulement à 20mn et on peut visiter tt autour. La creperie le moulin vert à lannion est vraiment bonne on y est allés plusieurs fois.
Nous avons aussi passer une journée aux monts d arrees, journée magnifique ensoleillée, supers paysages.
Nous nous sommes bien reposés et sommes sortis ts les jours.
Beaucoup de choses à voir et faire et de belles balades.
En conclusion, nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour.- Cleanliness
