Situated in the heart of the Breton countryside, this warm, rustic gîte, adjoining the owners' home, invites you to enjoy a change of scenery, with its original interior decoration.
Ideally located, the gîte is :
- 2 km from the village of Yvignac La Tour, where you'll find shops and services.
- 13 km from Dinan, a splendid medieval town full of charm with its ramparts and picturesque port.
- 20 km from Jugon-les-Lacs, a popular destination for nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts.
Your vacation rental, adjoining the owners' house, is on two levels:
First floor:
A living room with fireplaces (2 wood-burning stoves),
A kitchenette.
First floor:
A bedroom with 1 bed 140x190,
Another bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, possibility of an extra bed for a child.
Bathroom with shower,
Separate WC.
Non-smoking interior. Baby equipment on request: cot, highchair, changing mat, playpen.
Lodging reserved for leisure customers.
Exterior:
Terrace, 300 m² courtyard and 1-hectare wooded grounds shared with other rentals. Shed for parking a vehicle. Possibility of accommodating your horses.

Nath Gite excellent et agréable
Un gîte remarquable et bien placé géographiquement pour de multiples sites à visiter. Nous étions proche de Dinan et à une trentaine de bornes de Dinard, saint Malo et à 1h 30 du Mont St Michel. C'est une région magnifique, des propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillant. Ce fut un séjour fort dépaysant, reposant et agréable. Des paysages magnifiques et des promenades qui font du bien. Nous recommandons ce gîte sans hésiter.
