Just 15 km south of the historic medieval town of Dinan, in countryside dotted with pretty villages and manor houses, lies An Ti Melen, a house that Gérard and Chantal rebuilt over many years and which has now become a sumptuous, spacious gîte, rich in artistic and local touches. The materials used are of the highest quality, and the owners are committed to eco-building and attention to detail. Each room is named after, and inspired by, the 4 elements of Brittany. In the garden to let off steam: swing, trampoline, ping-pong table, 5 bicycles (under guests' responsibility). In the kitchen for cooking: a 5-burner piano. With family or friends, indoors or out, everyone will be able to meet up or take time out to relax. A well-deserved break when you return from your many escapades in the area.

Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a vast living room with fireplace (1st wood box offered), 3 steps down to a fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry/utility room and a toilet. 1st floor: a landing leads to 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x190) (1 double bed 160x200), 4 steps lead down to a reading area with infrared SAUNA, a bathroom with bath and shower, a shower room with shower and baby-care area, a toilet with hand-washer. 2nd floor: a landing leads to 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x190) (1 double bed 160x200). Baby will be king or queen: everything you need (and more) is present (even bath ring, bottle warmer, potty, toilet adaptor). Detached house typical of local construction with all its grounds facing south: a 38 m² wooden terrace, a 350 m² courtyard with gravel and paving and a 3800 m² garden with children's play area. 100 m² private parking space just before the entrance gate.
