An idyllic setting, Plougrescant is a town entirely turned towards the Sea and surrounded by nuggets such as the Pointe du Château, the Gouffre site, and the beaches of Porz Hir and Pors Scaff among others. This authentic coastal town is a paradise of Hiking (GR34 trail), fresh air and breathtaking scenery. Here, minerality, sea spray and gorse come together. Tréguier, a small town 10 km away, is also well worth a visit, with its pretty Wednesday Market. All the pleasures of Brittany!

Your vacation home comprises on the ground floor :
- a large living room-kitchen (with wood-burning stove),
- a wing with 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200), 1 bathroom (Italian shower, double washbasin), separate toilet with washbasin,
- another wing with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200)(2 single beds 90x200), 1 shower room (shower and double basin), wc.
- a storage room (bikes on site).
First floor :
- a mezzanine for relaxation and reading, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190), 1 bathroom (bath, washbasin and wc).
The Piscine is just 2 m away. Accessible all year round, covered, heated and treated by salt electrolysis. Pool 9x4 m. Depth 1.20 to 1.70 m. Bathroom (shower and toilet).
Outside: on a fenced plot, detached villa with 100 m² terrace, 150 m² gravel courtyard (parking) and 3000 m² lawned garden bordered by a hedge.
Here: heating, domestic hot water and the Piscine are heated primarily with solar thermal collectors.
