At the end of a small hamlet, just 2 km from Plancoët, this fully renovated longère will seduce you with its high-standard features and trendy, well-cared-for decoration. Comfortable and very spacious. But what also sets this gîte apart is its large (unprotected) lake below, at the rear of the property, where you can enjoy a stroll or even practice your morning sport, or simply relax: a complete change of scenery! 8 km from the beaches of Saint Jacut de la Mer, 12 km from the seaside resort of St Cast le Guildo, 27 km from St Malo, 20 km from Dinard.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: large living room (wood-burning stove) with beautiful fitted kitchen, 1 master suite (1 bed 160x200 and flat-screen TV) with private en-suite shower room (shower room) communicating with the veranda, separate wc. Upstairs: lovely relaxation area communicating with an office ideal for telecommuting on the mezzanine and 2 other bedrooms (2 beds 90) (1 bed 140x190), 1 bathroom with wc (bath). Enclosed courtyard 100 m² in front. Adjoining an uninhabited house. Just behind the gîte, a large outdoor play area for younger guests, and below the property, an unsecured lake.

Aldegrine Gite spacieux
+ Le gite est très bien équipé, spacieux, calme. Il y a de l'espace à l'extérieur.
Nous avons apprécié la longue voie cyclable qui va jusqu'à la mer et les randonnées le long de la côte. Bien situé entre St Malo, Dinard, Dinan.- la terrasse complètement goudronnée, impossible de s'y tenir tellement il faisait chaud les premiers jours.

Bill Barclay Very Comfortable and Relaxing Stay
My wife and I came to the gite for a relaxing couple of weeks and that is exactly what we had. The owner wasn't available to welcome us but the key was exactly where we expected it to be. The owner was also very responsive to our request for an early departure.
The gite was beautifully clean and well appointed. The only minor point was a lack of Tea Towels and oven gloves in the kitchen area. Seating around the television was fine for the two of us but had there been six of us, some would have been sitting on dining chairs. Having access to the small lake was delighful, and we enjoyed evening walks around it. Overall a very comfortable and relaxing stay and we would happily recommend it to others.

Simon Pleasant and very spacious holiday house
Due to a personal issue, unfortunately the owner could not be there when we arrived. However, we were able to ring them and were given instructions on how to access the property.
The property is really spacious with lots of different areas to sit and relax comfortably, inside and outside.
The only minor thing was that there was no hand soap, tea towels or enough dishwasher tablets but overall, we had a really lovely, comfortable and peaceful stay there.- Cleanliness
