Ideally located in the heart of Lézardrieux, this 90 m² Semi-detached house is ideally situated, just 100 m from the shops and 200 m from the beach and port.
It's an excellent base for discovering the region's must-see sites: the Presqu'île Sauvage, Ile de Bréhat and Côte de Granit Rose.
Between the Sea and nature, there are numerous walks and excursions on offer for a relaxing and discovery-filled stay.
Your vacation rental consists of :
First floor:
A fully-equipped kitchen, open to the living room and equipped with a pellet stove, offering access to the terrace .
Sunken living room, accessible by 4 steps, also offering access to the terrace.
1st floor :
A large bedroom with a 160 × 200 bed, overlooking the port of Lézardrieux.
A bathroom equipped with bath, shower and WC.
2nd floor:
An open-plan bedroom with two 90 × 200 beds, overlooking the port of Lézardrieux.
Outside :
A 60 m² enclosed private courtyard to the rear of the Holiday cottage, featuring a planted terrace.
Parking available on the street or in a parking lot 30 m away.
Facilities and services :
Pellet stove heating complemented by electric radiators.
Electric bike available on request from the owners (€10/day or €50/week).

Philmalau Séjour à Lezardrieux
Agréable séjour dans ce gîte tout confort et bien équipé. Petite terrasse clos, rassurante pour notre chien.Le gîte est très bien placé, au calme , près de tous commerces et à proximité de balades via le GR34, de plages et de petites villes sympathiques à visiter. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la fraîcheur du gîte pendant cette forte période de chaleur.

Mon fils de 4 ans en rentrant de notre sejour "maman, quand est-ce qu'on retourne dans notre autre maison ? Je préfère l'autre maison !" (il n'est pas à plaindre pourtant !)
Literie très bonne et nous sommes difficiles, bonne situation géographique (la chambre du haut a une vue magnifique), le gite est parfait pour un sejour en famille. Propriétaires sympathiques. Merci pour cette location !

Gîte au calme, propre, spacieux, vue sur le trieux, à proximité des commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, épicerie) et du GR. Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Et le petit plus chien accepté.

Merci pour votre avis, pour le problème de chauffage je vous réponds il y a eu une coupure de courant causé par la météo il suffisait de stopper le poêle a pellets puis le redémarrer comme je vous l'ai annoncé lors de votre arrivée. Je suis venu vous le remettre en marche après votre appel téléphonique. En parallèle il y a également le chauffage électrique dans la maison.
Pour la housse de couette c'est une nouvelle matière plus légère plus écologique pour le lavage, il fallait me le dire à l'arrivée, je vous aurai mis une housse de couette en coton . -
