This pretty house, adjoining a gîte and the owners' house, awaits you for your next vacation by the sea! This spacious gîte will provide you with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay on the Côte de Penthièvre. You'll be close to the road (D786) leading to Erquy's magnificent sandy beaches, its fishing port and its delicious scallops! Beautiful walks along the GR34 await you, with the inimitable color of pink sandstone everywhere you look... Erquy has plenty to offer, and you're sure to be won over! Discover Cap Frehel (18 km) and the pretty seaside resorts of Sables d'Or les Pins (8 km) and Pleneuf Val André (5 km).
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: kitchen, living room, lounge, shower room, wc. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200) (1 double bed 160x200) (2 single beds 90x190), bathroom with bath and wc. Enclosed 130 m² garden with a lovely terrace to welcome you back from the beach.

Orelyves Séjour agréable avec notre compagnon à 4 pattes
Logement grand confortable et bien équipé. La pièce de vie est spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Un espace extérieur suffisamment grand et clôturé complète le tout ce fut idéal pour notre loulou. Si l’on veut être exigeant le seul bémol, qui se trouve être indépendant de la volonté des propriétaires est l’affluence de véhicule sur la route située proche du gite, surtout lorsque l’on mange à l’extérieur. Encore merci aux propriétaires si sympathiques et joviaux.

Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, la maison très agréable, la région magnifique. C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons et nous allons revenir l'année prochaine.

Famille ravie Un très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 2 semaines.
Le gîte est très agréable. La cuisine est bien équipée avec de nombreux ustensiles. L'agencement du gîte est fonctionnel.
Il est localisé idéalement à 5-10 min de la plage et à 10min du centre-ville d'Erquy.
Nous recommandons vivement pour les amoureux de la Bretagne.Merci pour la petite attention des propriétaires à notre arrivée, nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
