This completely independent, renovated farmhouse offers spacious accommodation. This 167 m² longère features 3 bedrooms with en suite facilities, including a PMR room on the first floor. Here, you're just 5 km from the Sea and the magnificent Pink Granite Coast, renowned for its famous seaside resort of Perros-Guirec. Shops are close by: 2 km max. And this rental is equipped with fiber optics, making it ideal for Telework!
First floor: living room with dining area and fully-equipped open kitchen, all opening onto the terrace + utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed) with private shower room (shower and WC) accessible for people with reduced mobility, separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms (2x2 beds 90x190) each with private shower room and WC, separated by a small summer lounge. The Holiday cottage has fiber optic access.
Outside: 40 m² wooden terrace, garden, courtyard.

Kathy Uitstekende gite
We hadden hier met 5b personen een heerlijk verblijf. Zeer ruime gite, zeer net, zeer rustig en toch alles dichtbij (dorp, strand, weiden, bossen...). Rustige tuin met zeer ruim terras. Accommodatie is meer dan voldoende

Zic Vacances
Le gîte est très grand et très bien amménagé pour partir en famille ou entre amis . Il y a 3 chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain. Les draps ,serviettes sont fournis et lits faits à l’ arrivée.Il est bien placé pour pouvoir visiter tous les environs de la côte de granit rose .
Ploumanac’h , PerrosGuirec, Roscoff, Lannion, île de Bréhat, l’île de Batz et tous les nombreux marchés.
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans les côtes d’ ArmorL’ accueil de Mme Ollivier est très agréable , avec à l’ arrivée des crêpes et une bouteille de cidre

Maria Gîte très confortable
Nous avons adoré ce gîte, très confortable et super équipé. Le séjour avec son coin cuisine est spacieux et très bien aménagé. Les pièces et la salle de bains sont adaptées aux personnes en fauteuil roulant. La literie est impeccable, matelas et linge… tout est de qualité. L’accueil est parfait, grande gentillesse d’Armelle et son mari. Une belle rencontre.
La région regorge de sites naturels très beaux et pas dénaturés par le tourisme, qui reste familial et populaire. Une semaine de repos total !- Cleanliness
