Fully renovated, detached, south-facing stone cottage. You'll be delighted to return from your escapades to this cute little pied-à-terre located 600 m from the sea. You'll be close to hiking trails, Beauport Abbey, the town center, museum, port and shops in Paimpol (1 km), and not far from the Bréhat archipelago and the mouth of the Trieux river.
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: kitchen separated from the living room by a vaulted ceiling, Sea decor. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 160 cm double bed), bathroom with shower and toilet. Enclosed garden 250 m². Other Holiday cottage (22G140227) 40 m away, independent and not overlooked. Enclosed courtyard with parking facilities.

Gite très bien situé pour rayonner dans la région. Plage et mer à proximité même à pied.
Jardin bien clôturer pour accueillir le chien.

Magou Gîte sympathique proche de tout
Gîte très sympa et typique breton, avec un beau petit jardin et une place où l'on peut rentrer la voiture. Nos 2 chiens ont pu profiter du jardin bien clôturé, et des ballades avec nous. Endroit très très calme, malgré la proximité immédiate de lotissements. Tout est à proximité pour les visites, ainsi que le centre ville de Paimpol, ou des commerces au bout de la rue. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, avec une météo qui nous a permis de bien profiter quand même :) Merci à la propriétaire pour les légumes et salades fraîches du jardin !
