Situated 1 km from the village of Caouennec and its shops, 5 km from Lannion, capital of the Trégor region, and 14 km from Perros Guirec, a well-known seaside resort, this gîte is ideally located for visiting the whole of the Pink Granite Coast, with its superb natural scenery.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: kitchenette, living room, w.c with independent washbasin. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (1 double bed and 1 single bed), DVD player. Bathroom with shower and toilet. 500 m² private garden and 56 m² terrace.

Caro Gîte exceptionnel
Nous retrouvons ce gîte 11 ans après, magnifique gîte d 'une propreté irréprochable, et espaces verts très bien entretenus, vu sur chevaux pré et forêt.
Mme et Mr Marre toujours aussi accueillant et d'une grande gentillesse.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte rose d antan de Mr et Mme MARRE. Le gîte est d'une propreté irréprochable, de tout confort et très bien équipé ! Il est parfaitement situé pour visiter la région. Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse, de bons conseils et très discrets. Les petites attentions à l arrivée et durant le séjour nous ont beaucoup touchées. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation

Niky Un havre de paix charmant
La campagne tout en étant près de tout. Un magnifique terrain arboré et le chant des oiseaux a rendu ce séjour très agréable . Propriétaires très prévenants.
