Detached stone gîte, renovated in 2007, located close to the owners' home and gîte 150308 in an enclosed property of 3.50 ha, including 1.8 ha of woods and hiking trails. Situated 1 km from the village of Caouennec and its shops, 5 km from Lannion, capital of the Trégor region, and 14 km from Perros Guirec, a well-known seaside resort, this gîte is ideally located for visiting the whole of the Pink Granite Coast, with its superb natural scenery.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: kitchenette, living room, w.c with independent washbasin. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (1 double bed and 1 single bed), DVD player. Bathroom with shower and toilet. 500 m² private garden and 56 m² terrace.

Shark Séjour inoubliable
Un immense merci pour ce séjour inoubliable ! Le logement était tout simplement parfait : d’une propreté irréprochable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et extrêmement bien équipé. Tout était pensé dans les moindres détails pour notre confort. Nous avons été conquis dès notre arrivée, et nous repartons avec des souvenirs plein la tête. Un véritable petit coin de paradis où l’on se sent immédiatement chez soi. Bravo et encore merci pour votre accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
