Come and discover this charming character property with a superb panoramic view of the Bréhat archipelago and the fishing port of Loguivy de la Sea. The Holiday cottage has a south-facing courtyard at the front and a garden with terrace at the back. Here you'll find a change of scenery, relaxation and comfort, as well as being just 200 m from the sandy beach of Roc'h Hir, with its water sports activities, and the pleasure of Hiking on nearby trails, including the GR 34.
The mouth of the river Trieux is yours to explore, and the spectacle of the tides and the light is permanent.
5km from the pier to Bréhat Island and 5km from Paimpol.

Your vacation rental includes on the first floor:
Kitchen-living room, living room with fireplace, laundry room (with LL + SL + LV + freezer + storage), separate toilet, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190).
First floor:
2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (80x200) that can be twinned to form a 160x200 bed (on request).
Detached house.
South-facing: 70 m² grounds with flower beds and 34 m² terrace/yard (including parking space).
North Sea side: 80 m² plot with 30 m² lawn and 50 m² terrace.
In a small outbuilding attached to the house: possibility of safely storing and recharging bicycles.

    SEM Bretagne

    La vue panoramique sur l'archipel de Bréhat rend ce gîte, évidemment, très attractif.
    Il y a une difficulté pour garer la voiture en marche arrière .
    Mais,Le gîte est lumineux ,fonctionnel et bien équipé
    L'accueil de la propriétaire est cordial.Les lits à l'arrivée sont faits et le linge de maison est donné gratuitement, ce qui est rare...
    Oui ce gîte est agréable et je le recommande

    conforme à l'annonce, il n'y avait plus qu'à en profiter. Idéalement placé pour le GR ainsi que pour la "grande" ville. Que personne n'hésite............

    Wunderbar

    Wir waren Ende April / Anfang Mai im Roc' Hir.
    Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang durch unsere Gastgeberin. Ein tiptop ausgestattetes, sehr gepflegtes, sauberes und gemütliches Haus. Absolute Ruhe mit Ausblick aufs Meer. Was will man mehr?
    Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und bestens erholt.

    Le charme de la cote nord de Bretagne

    Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au gite Roc'h Hir, que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le logement est très fonctionnel, bien équipé et les chambres sont spacieuses. La vue sur le port depuis la cuisine et le jardin est magnifique !
    Nous y reviendrons à coup sûr.
