Nestled on the heights of Plérin, above the port of Le Légué, this property will seduce you with its privileged location: very close to the chapel of St-Maudez, renovated by the inhabitants of this friendly little neighborhood... Quite a story... On site, 2 independent gîtes with their own private areas currently being renovated. Près des Nouëlles features a large, comfortably furnished living room opening onto a sheltered courtyard at the rear (1 step). Geographically well-located, it's within easy reach of Plérin's beaches. Just 3 km away is Les Nouëlles, bordered by a magnificent coastline where you'll love collecting shells. If you're into water sports and entertainment, you'll be better off at Plage des Rosaires (6 km). All local shops 1.6 km away and the center of Plérin 6 km, Saint-Brieuc (6 km), Binic, a pretty seaside resort with a lively year-round marina 16.5 km away. 20 km from St-Quay-Portrieux.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: large living room with fitted kitchen. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 beds 90x190) and (1 bed 160x200), shower room and separate toilet. Large rear courtyard with small lawn area. Parking on enclosed property in front of gîte. On-site, 4-person gîte 22G310970, shared entrance via remote-controlled gate, courtyard and grounds not overlooked.

Excellent accueil par la propriétaire, avec une gentille petite attention (cidre et biscuits).
Propreté parfaite. Belles surfaces. Chauffage efficace. Equipement complet. Il y a même des fournitures de toutes sortes pour se dépanner en cas d'oubli.
Un seul petit regret : l'absence de toilettes au rez-de-chaussée, mais la disposition des lieux ne le permettrait pas.Un conseil : n'hésitez pas à séjourner en Bretagne en hiver. Les balades sont magnifiques, même par temps froid.

Ebernburger Nettes Domizil an der Côte d'Armor
Nous nous sommes sentis très à l‘aise a la maison. Tout est en très bon état, bien entretenu et propre. Excellente ventilation dans salle de bain et toilette.
Contact avec la proprietaire très sympa.
Très recommandable pour voyageurs avec chien.
Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles ist in gutem Zustand und sauber. Sehr gute Belüftung von Bad und Toilette (nicht selbstverständlich, aber sehr nützlich im feuchten Klima der Bretagne!)
Der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin war sehr angenehm.
Für Reisende mit Hund sehr empfehlenswert!
