Welcome to this large, bright and comfortable contemporary house in Kerity (Paimpol), 100 m from the sea and close to Beauport Abbey. It has an unexpected exterior and interior, probably due to its eco-construction. The GR34 is in the immediate vicinity, as are the Vélomaritime EV4 greenway and the Beauport harbor loop n°27. The port of Paimpol, as well as shops, restaurants, sea and costume museums... are a 15-minute walk away. Don't forget the Tuesday morning market and the many festivities that enliven the quays and old town center. Locally, don't miss the detour to Bréhat, the island of flowers, whose pier is 8 km away.
Your vacation rental comprises on the raised ground floor (staircase and elevator access): a vast living room extended by a new PRM-accessible kitchen, a toilet room with washbasin and storage space, 3 bedrooms, each with private sanitary facilities (washbasin, shower, toilet). 1st and 2nd bedrooms, seaward: 1 double bed (one of which is PRM-accessible). 3rd bedroom, rear: 1 x 180x190 double bed, which can be split into 2 single beds on request. Direct access from the dining room and kitchen to the light-filled west-facing wooden terrace overlooking the flower-filled garden with swing. Beautiful views over Poulafret Bay from the living room and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Parking on the property. Gabriel welcomes you to this house built with ecological materials (wood, straw, earth) and energy-saving techniques. He himself lives in the extension of this gîte. Easement from the neighbor of another house to the north running along the property.

Hugues Face à la mer
Le gîte est parfait, très bien équipé, chaque chambre à sa salle de bain et WC. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le gîte est bien situé, face à la mer et à 5 minutes du port.
Parfait, le propriétaire est très réactif et accueillant.

Normandie vacances à Paimpol
Le temps n' était pas avec nous pourtant mais ce séjour a été super agréable. Notre gîte nous a tous enchantés qui étions 7, 3 couples et une personne seule: salle de bain et wc privatifs , de l'espace, une cuisine fonctionnel et un accueillant très sympathique et à l'écoute.

Awesome gite, cosy, spacious and bright with great views, perfect and peaceful location (local bicycle rental highly recommended too), very clean, superbly equipped, nice garden, patio anrea and friendly cats! Bedrooms very well laid out, comfy beds, caters for mobility/access, en-suite bathroom with each bedroom. Wi-Fi decent and plenty of parking space on site. We were 2 couples and 3 teenagers - plenty of room. A jewel, highly recommend with very warm welcome from owner Gabriel who lives in attached property.
