In the countryside, in a small residential area but only 800 m from the sea, the Ker Lodenna gîte has everything to seduce families wishing to discover the Côte de Goëlo: spacious interiors, trendy decor, comfortable facilities and excellent bedding... And its little extra? the living room table that converts into a pool table: a great way to liven up your evenings. The well-sheltered courtyard at the front of the house is a great place to take a break after a hike in the surrounding area. Joggers and walkers will be delighted: the GR34 is nearby, and the sea 800 m away. The 1st beaches are 4 km away. The pier for Ile de Bréhat is just 2.5 km away: you can even walk there; allow 25 minutes. And there you'll discover the magnificent Ile aux Fleurs, France's 1st listed natural site... You won't want to miss a trip to Paimpol, a pretty and lively year-round marina 6 km away, and Tréguier 19 km.

Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: Entrance hall, also accessible from the rear of the house, leading to a large shower room (Italian shower), toilet and laundry room. Large living room with well-equipped kitchen, separate sitting room. First floor: 1 large bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed), 1 bedroom (2 x 90x200 beds: only 1 is counted as it is small) and 1 bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed that can be separated), shower room and 1 toilet. Enclosed front courtyard with terrace, large rear courtyard and land under development. Large shed at rear for parking vehicles.
