You'll appreciate the tranquil setting, in the countryside yet so close to the sea. Louannec is located on the Côte de Granit Rose, just 4 km from Perros-Guirec and its famous village of Ploumanac'h, voted France's favorite village in 2015. Trégastel is 12 km away, Lannion 8 km and Treguier 17 km.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: kitchen (Senseo filter and pod coffee maker), living room with fireplace (wood provided by tenant), separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160X200) and (2 beds 90X200 for 2 pers), bathroom with bath and wc. Outside laundry room with 2 washing machines, separating the 2 Holiday cottages. CD/radio player. Private courtyard and lawn of 600 m² and large adjoining communal plot to one side.

Coco du 28 Séjour à Louannec
Très beau gîte, très bien aménagé. Accueil excellent par Priscillia une personne dévouée, disponible, adorable, le petot rayon de soleil breton, qui nous fait un état des lieux parfait. Lieu reposant pour se reposer.

Pat Gite très agréable.
Acceuil au top, gîte ou l'on se sent comme chez soi, très bien équipé, bonne literie, extérieur très agréable,au calme . Bien situé pour la visite de la côte de granit rose. La voisine vend du miel extra, la boucherie de louannec au top ainsi que l'épicerie. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Raoul Gîte bien agréable
Nous avons été accueillis par Priscilla avec bonne humeur. Le gîte est très agréable au calme en pleine nature. Très bien équipé, très propre. Celui-ci est bien situé à proximité des beaux sites à visiter. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à renouveler sans hésiter.

Estelle Gemüliches und idyllisches Ferienhaus
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Penduick sehr genossen. Das schöne, charakteristische Steinhaus ist renoviert und alles macht einen neuen Eindruck. Die Küche ist bestens eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Für uns war es außerdem wichtig, dass wir unseren Hund mitnehmen konnten. Der Garten ist so groß und ansprechend angelegt, dass man kleine Spaziergänge darin machen kann. Priscilla hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles Wissenswerte mitgeteilt. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die nahe Straße, tagsüber sind die Autos recht gut zu hören, in der Nacht ist es allerdings sehr ruhig. Der Steinstrand ist durch einen wunderschönen 1,5 km langen Spaziergang durch den angrenzenden Wald erreichbar. In dem idyllischen Ort Louannec gibt es eine ausgezeichnete Bäckerei, einen Metzger und einen gut sortierten kleinen Lebensmittelladen.

Frédéric Week-end prolongé
Séjour très agréable dans un endroit très calme qui en plus accepte les chiens nous y avons séjourné avec nos deux chiens .
Il y a aussi un chemin pour promener les toutous tranquillement.
L'accueil est réalisé par Priscillia qui est très sympathique et très speed
