At the end of a cul-de-sac on a 5000 m² property, pretty gîte adjoining another (120245), separated by the shared laundry room. You'll appreciate the tranquil setting, in the countryside yet so close to the sea. Louannec is located on the Côte de Granit Rose, just 4 km from Perros-Guirec and its famous village of Ploumanac'h, voted France's favorite village in 2015. Trégastel is 12 km away, Lannion 8 km and Treguier 17 km.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: kitchen (Senseo filter and pod coffee maker), living room with fireplace (wood provided by tenant), separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160X200) and (2 beds 90X200 for 2 pers), bathroom with bath and wc. Outside laundry room with 2 washing machines, separating the 2 Holiday cottages. CD/radio player. Private courtyard and lawn of 600 m² and large adjoining communal plot to one side.

Papageientaucher Cotes d'amour 2025
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Wenn man die Ruhe mag ist man hier richtig. Es ist etwas abgelegen das sollte man vorher wissen, Bäckerei und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten müssen mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad unternommen werden. Der Strand ist Fußläufig drei km entfernt aber nicht spannend. Für einen Spaziergang mit vielen Hortensien durchaus sehenswert. Das Haus hat einen schön angelegten Garten und es gibt Liegestühle, Schirme die man nutzen kann. Das Haus ist in einem guten renovierten Zustand und man findet dort alles was man benötigt. Sei es in der Küche oder im Badezimmer. Die Begrüßung durch Pricilla war sehr freundlich und sie hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil dynamique et sympathique de Priscillia . Le gîte conforme à nos attentes ainsi que l'extérieur calme assuré. Lucie Séjour très agréable
Gîte très agréable avec un très bel extérieur. Il est très bien équipé et est idéalement situé. Ce gîte accepte les chiens gratuitement ce qui est aussi un plus.

les nordistes séjour au calme
gite très confortable, cuisine bien équipée, manque de rien pour cuisiner, bonne literie, grand jardin agréable pour nos deux chiennes, pas un bruit à part celui des oiseaux, accès à la plage à une demi heure à pied,une mention spéciale pour l'accueil de Priscilla qui est très sympathique ainsi que la voisine qui vend du miel de sa propre production, je recmmande vivement

Ludo et Isa Séjour agréable et au calme.
Nous avons passez une semaine au calme dans un confort et une propriété qui ne manque pas de charme. Louannec est très bien situé, côte de granit rose, visite en bateau des 7 iles, les marchés, Perros-Guirec, Lannion….
Merci à Priscilla pour son accueil et aux propriétaires pour proposer ce gîte dans ce cadre verdoyant.
