At the gateway to the bay of St-Michel en Grèves, in a small country hamlet, this charming house will appeal to all nature lovers looking for a zen-like environment for their vacations. Alain has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, not forgetting Bénédicte's decorating touch: each to his own...and it's a success! You'll organize your days according to your desires: several hiking trails are accessible from the gîte: ideal for discovering the Plouaret area, which boasts some lovely sights: manor houses, fountains, crosses.... If you're in the mood for a seaside getaway, you can easily reach St Michel en Grèves, a pretty little seaside resort renowned for its long sandy beach: it's just 14 km away, and on St Efflam beach, you can enjoy your favorite water sports (sailing, kayaking, paddle...). 3 km from the village of Plouaret (all shops and TGV train station), 12 km from Lannion, capital of the Trégor region, and 25 km from Perros Guirec.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: living room with wood-burning stove (1st flambé free of charge), well-equipped kitchen, shower room and separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with study (1 x 160x200 bed), 1 bedroom (1 x 90x200 bed) and 1 bedroom (1 x 140x190 bed with baby equipment). Toilet area with washbasin and toilet. Internet access with 4G key and wifi. Terrace of 15 m², private garden of 1000 m² including private parking secured by gate. Adjoining the owners' home, with separate entrance. Washer-dryer. Electric vehicle charging point: €30 per week.

Audrey Very nice, good looking and clean gite
Super welcome by the owners. The gite is very clean and is nicely decorated. Everything was exactly as the pictures show on the website. A lot of suggestions where to go and visit. The gite is easy to reach and the car can be parked on the property behind a closed gate. The situation of the gite is very good: beach easy to reach and also the grocery stores are close by. During the day and the night it is very quiet which we really liked. For us there is only one little thing that I can mention that we would update and that is the frying pans but that is also because we are at home very picky on our frying pans. In general the gite is very well equipped.
So overall we would recommend this gite to everybody. Thank you for the very nice stay!
