Detached house served by a private road, in the heart of Argoat, a land of stones and forests. The gîte is located on the banks of a stream, in an old water mill. It's the perfect place for a relaxing or active vacation (hiking or cycling). The town of Callac, which has been awarded the "Station Verte" label and is the capital of the Breton Spaniel, is just 3km away. Ideally located for visiting Brittany, don't miss the Vallée des Saints in Carnoët, 9 km away, the Breton Spaniel Museum, the Callac market on Wednesday mornings, and Carhaix, 19 km away, with its Karaez Adrénaline tree-climbing park. So many more reasons to stay in Callac!
Your vacation rental is organized on two levels.

Les montagnards Comme à la maison au moulin de Kerlias
Cinquième séjour au moulin (chaque été de 2021 à 2024). On n'a pas vu passer ces quatre semaines. C'est toujours aussi bien. La réservation est déjà faite pour 2025 !
Chaque année, on peut ainsi échapper à la canicule et on profite de la région entre randonnées pédestres, circuits à vélo, boules bretonnes, et produits locaux (marché de Callac, biscuiterie Menou, café de la Place, bars à huîtres sur la côte).- Cleanliness

Nous avons été accueilli par Mme Dugay qui nous a conseillé sur les lieux incontournables de la région et les meilleurs restaurants ! Ce gîte est très beau et très bien équipé ! La literie est de qualité et contribue à un excellent sommeil ! Le cadre environnant est verdoyant et propice au repos ! Ce moulin avec sa roue en bois apporte du cachet au lieu ! Nous avons pu profiter à notre guise du grand jacuzzi mis à disposition !

Moljita Keurig nette gite
Fijne ontvangst door de vriendelijke eigenaren met daarbij veel informatie over de omgeving. De gîte is uitermate zorgvuldig en compleet ingericht en bovendien erg rustig gelegen in een parkachtige omgeving/tuin. Naast het huis is door de eigenaar een draaiend waterrad aangebracht. Het water loopt via een beek door de tuin. Op 2,5 Km afstand zijn er in Callac een slager, bakker, restaurant en een supermarkt te vinden. Kortom een perfecte uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen, een echte aanrader wat ons betreft!
