Peace and relaxation in this beautiful stone house near two other gîtes (22G130407 and 22G130411). Very tastefully decorated. Beautiful relaxation area (spa and sauna). Within 7 km: Côte de Granit Rose, Lannion, Perros Guirec.
Your vacation rental comprises on two levels:
First floor:
A living room with kitchenette and fireplace.
First floor:
A bedroom with a 160x200 bed,
A bedroom with 3 90x200 beds,

Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside :
Private 50 m² south-facing terrace. Small adjoining private garden. Only 1 pet allowed.
A relaxation area with SPA and Sauna, offered in private sessions of 1h30 at €25 per session or €95 for 6 sessions (rate for all occupants).

Famille Z Super séjour
Un vrai bijou, une déco magnifique, il ne manque rien! De petites attentions à l'arrivée, des conseils, tout était parfait. Le petit plus, l'espace spa pour se détendre en fin de journée. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps estivale au printemps...l'endroit est calme et nous avons profité pleinement de la terrasse également. Chaque gîte a son espace privé. Merci pour cette parenthèse bretonne !

Deuxième séjour à Kermaria-Sulard et nous venons de réserver pour l'année prochaine.
Les gites sont confortables, bien équipés, décorés avec soin, on s'y sent comme à la maison. Le jacuzzi a été fort apprécié.
