Welcome to Gîte Matana, located on a gated property on the edge of the D9 road leading to the seaside resort of St-Quay Portrieux. This former farmhouse has been renovated and now offers a pretty gîte, comfortably furnished by Solène and Sylvain, who have taken particular care to decorate it in such a way as to make it a very pleasant place to return to after your walks. And indeed, the region is so touristy that you'll almost have to plan your days to discover all the wonders of the Côte de Goélo: starting with the beaches of St-Quay-Portrieux (8 km), its fishing and yachting harbor. Just 6 km from the pretty center of Plouha, which you'll appreciate above all for its beautiful family beaches (Palus, Bonaparte) and its charming port of Gwin Zegal. You'll also appreciate the Godelins beach at Etables sur Mer (10 km). 4 km from all amenities in Lanvollon, 19.3 km from Guingamp, capital of the Trégor region, with its pretty town center and half-timbered houses. 25 km from Ile de Bréhat.

This apartment is equipped with a charging station for electric cars, connected to a sub-meter. Electricity consumption will be billed on site by the owners according to actual use.
