For 20 people or less, you can rent this large manor house on the edge of the village of Pommerit Le Vicomte and enjoy the 2.5-hectare park, or move to the surrounding area - the coast is 20 km away.

At the end of the 230 m long driveway leading to the manor house, you'll be far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Set in 2.5 hectares of parkland, this large group gîte offers generous volumes and character, with its carved stone facade. Its rich history dates back to the 15th century. Claire, Maurice and their children live in the adjoining stone outbuilding.
The first small shops are in the center of the village, 450 m away, while the St Agathon shopping center is 10 km to the south. Within a radius of 20 to 30 km, the Côte du Goëlo boasts large and small resorts (Saint-Quay-Portrieux, Binic-Étables-sur-Mer, Plouha, etc.). Another of the region's main attractions is Guingamp, a charming little town on the Trieux River just 10 km away (Basilica, fortified castle, half-timbered houses, ... restaurants and bars/tapas, ...).

On the ground floor, there are 3 main rooms:
- The kitchen is an old country kitchen with wooden cupboards and a large solid wood table with 2 benches.
- The dining room is furnished with 3 tables and 20 chairs.
- The living room has a working fireplace and is furnished with 3 sofas, 1 TV with Google Chromecast, board games, DVD player with a wide range of DVDs and CDs. (Wood billed on site at €25 per wheelbarrow).
The floors are served by 2 different stairwells.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms for 2 people and 2 bedrooms for 3 people.
2d floor: 2 bedrooms for 3 people and 1 bedroom for 4 people.
Each room has its own bathroom with toilet.
2.5 ha grounds, comprising a 230 m long driveway with ample on-site parking, a courtyard to the south and a large garden to the north with terrace (BBQ, 2 tables with 4 benches and 4 chairs (20 places), 2 parasols, 6 deckchairs), a large lawn planted with trees and a pond.
