Located 9 km south of Dinan, Brittany's medieval city steeped in art and history, and 30 km from the seafront, La Priquetais guest house, nestled in greenery on the banks of the Guinefort river, welcomes you in a charming setting around its courtyard and weeping willow. Alice and Jacky welcome you to their 1.5 ha property, 33 km from Dinard, 44 km from St-Malo and 68 km from Mont St-Michel. Trévron is a commune with a Voie Verte (Itinéraire Nord Sud Bretagne V3), a popular route for walkers and cyclists (1 km away). The 1st category river (100 m away) is ideal for fishing. A must-see at 8 km: the small town of Léhon (medieval bridge, castle, abbey, 39-45 museum).
In an annex adjoining a Holiday cottage (22G561507), 3 large bedrooms, all with independent outside access, private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), TV, courtesy tray. Saule Pleureur: 1 double bed (160x200). Noix: 1 double bed (160x200). Noisette: 1 double bed (160x200). Wifi Internet access in the shared veranda, a free-access common area for relaxation and exchange, where breakfast is served. Meal trays available in your room or on the veranda for €15, more information from the owners. Baby Equipment available on request. Large shared parking lot (owners, Holiday cottage and Bed and breakfast). Shared 1.5-hectare park with terraces, garden furniture and gazebo. Reservations for a minimum of 2 nights all year round.

Séjour très agréable et dépaysant dans une chambre d'hôte spacieuse, accueillante et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent servi dans une grande véranda qui s'ouvre sur un jardin magnifique. Les hôtes sont charmants, je recommande vivement ce gîte. C'était notre 2eme séjour et certainement pas le dernier

Un séjour parfait : dans un lieu idyllique , aménagé avec beaucoup de goût,les propriétaires nous ont accueilli tres chaleureusement,ils ont été très disponibles tout au long du séjour .
Petit déjeuner excellent et souvent très prolongé par des discussions agréables.

Karenloris Un havre de paix !!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les chambres décorées avec beaucoup de goût sont propices au calme. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié est un pur Bonheur. Il est également le lieu de belles rencontres, de beaux échanges avec les propriétaires et les différents hôtes.
Les jardins sont magnifiquement entretenus et harmonieusement agencés.
Un Grand Merci pour votre gentillesse et de nous avoir reçu dans votre havre de paix.
